OUR GÎTE
la Cocalière
La Cocalière is an accommodation for 4 people on our property located in the town of Joyeuse, less than 10 minutes by car from all amenities. It includes a large living room made up of a fitted, equipped kitchen and a large lounge area. In the night area, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
For more freshness in summer, the whole is air-conditioned.
Hiking and mountain biking trails are directly accessible at the exit of the gîte.

Equipements
The different options
- End of stay cleaning: 50 euros.
- Linen (glove + 2 towels + bath mat) = 8 euros per person.
- Baby bike seat: 4 euros / day - 15 euros / week.
- Child bike trailer: 10 euros / day - 40 euros / week.
- For the low season, we will charge 7 euros per day for heating in addition to the rental price.
- Sale of washing machine tablets: 2.5 euros / tablet.
Included in the rental price of the gites and on request before the stay: bed linen & tea towels, baby equipment (cot, potty, high chair, changing table, baby bath), plug adapter.
Courses drive (15 €) = 15 euros, buy your shopping online at Intermarché Rosières (135 Les Vernades, 07260 Rosières), we will pick them up and store them in your rental before your arrival (subject to online payment shopping and give us the order number).
Our animal friends are welcome in this accommodation, except around the swimming pool and if they are clean and well-behaved. Dogs should not be left alone in the accommodation.
