OUR GÎTE
Labeaume
Labeaume is a natural stone holiday home with a south-facing entrance and terrace. The awning keeps the terrace partly shaded. This has a (low) fence, so that the children are safe. The garden is fenced and equipped with a sandpit, a small slide, a swing and a niche for our animal friends.
On the ground floor, you will find the equipped kitchen, the living room and the toilets. Upstairs, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and sink.

The different options
- End of stay cleaning: 50 euros.
- Linen (glove + 2 towels + bath mat) = 8 euros per person.
- Baby bike seat: 4 euros / day – 15 euros / week.
- 2-seater bicycle trailer for children: 10 euros / day – 40 euros / week.
- In low season, we will charge for heating 7 euros per day in addition to the rental price.
Included in the rental price of the lodgings: Collective washing machine (sale of tablet: 2.5 euros / tablet) / On request before stay: baby equipment (cot, potty, high chair, changing table, baby bath), adapter plugs.
Drive courses (15€): All you have to do is do your shopping online at Intermarché Rosières (135 Les Vernades, 07260 Rosières), we will pick them up and store them in your rental before your arrival (subject to payment in line of the races and the communication of your order number).
Our animal friends are welcome in this accommodation, except around the swimming pool and if they are clean and well-behaved. Dogs should not be left alone in the accommodation.
